Refund policy

This Refund Policy is applicable only to products purchased by you directly from pipelineproducts.com.

Items must be returned to Pipeline Products within 30 days of the purchase date for this policy to apply.

All product returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by emailing us at sales@pipelineproducts.com and providing your order information.

Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

No returns allowed on built to order items, custom fabricated items, damaged goods, or items returned more than 30 days from purchase.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Products that are received by us in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

• Any product not purchased from pipelineproducts.com.
• Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.
• Any product with missing parts or damaged after it was received by the customer.
• Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
